1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the livestreaming platform OnnOn, operated by:

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
OnnOn provides users with the ability to:
- create and manage user accounts
- broadcast live video streams
- watch streams created by other users
- communicate via chat and other interactive features
The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific features.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 16 years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. User Content
You are solely responsible for all content you stream, upload, or otherwise make available on the Platform ("User Content").
You agree not to upload or stream content that:
- violates any applicable laws
- infringes intellectual property rights of third parties
- contains hate speech, threats, or harassment
- contains illegal or harmful material
6. License Granted to OnnOn
By uploading, streaming, or otherwise providing User Content on the Platform, you grant OnnOn a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, and perpetual license to:
- host, store, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the content
- record live streams and make them available on demand
- modify, edit, adapt, and create derivative works from the content
- use the content for promotional, commercial, or operational purposes
This license continues even after you delete the content or your account, to the extent necessary for legal compliance and platform operation.
7. Moderation and Enforcement
OnnOn reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, remove, restrict, or disable access to any User Content at any time and without prior notice.
8. Prohibited Activities
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
- use automated systems to collect data without permission
- stream copyrighted content without proper rights
- engage in harassment, fraud, or illegal activities
9. Termination
The operator may suspend or permanently terminate user accounts at any time if users violate these Terms or applicable law.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." The operator makes no warranties regarding reliability, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall only be liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
12. Changes to the Terms
OnnOn reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
