Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law.
Recorded livestreams and chat logs may be retained for moderation, security, and legal compliance.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with:
- hosting providers and technical service providers (all located within the EU)
- authorities where legally required
No international data transfers: All servers and service providers are located within the European Union. There are no transfers of personal data to third countries outside the EU.

We use only technically necessary cookies and similar technologies (e.g. XSRF tokens) to maintain user sessions and ensure platform security. These cookies are essential for the functioning of the Platform and do not require consent pursuant to § 25 TDDDG. We do not use any analytics, tracking, or marketing cookies.
